宁夏地区奶牛乳房炎源性放射根瘤菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验
Isolation,Identification and Drug Sensitivity Test of Rhizobium radiobacter from Cows with Mastitis in Ningxia Area
摘要
Abstract
164 milk samples were collected from cow mastitis cases which broke out in Ningxia area.Then i-solated pathogenic bacteria were identified by VITEK-2 automatic microbial identification system.The de-tection results showed that 30 strains of Rhizobium radiobacter were isolated and identified,and the isola-tion rate was higher than that of usual pathogenic bacteria which led to cow mastitis,such as Staphylococ-cus haemolyticus ,Pasteurella and Staphylococcus aureus .The results of drug sensitivity test to 15 kinds of antibacterial drugs showed that the isolated Rhizobium radiobacter already had different resistance de-gree to amoxicillin,lincomycin,cephalosporin V and ceftriaxone.Meanwhile,we also found that other 11 drugs which belong to sulfanilamide groups,aminoglycosides,quinolones and cephalosporins displayed good antibacterial effects.关键词
