奶牛子宫内膜细胞体外培养及应用研究概况
Progress on Culture of Endometrial Cells of Dairy Cow in Vitro and Its Application
摘要
Abstract
Endometrial cell culture in vitro has a central role and significance in researches on animal endom-etrial physiology function,pathogenesis of reproductive disorders,and screening of therapeutic drugs.The review focused on cow endometrial cell culture methods commonly used in separation,purification and i-dentification as well as the related applications in vitro in the domestic and oversea.It will provide the clue to explore out some kinds methods to effectively culture and research cow′s endometrium cell in vitro .It has an important reference value to the molecular and cytology research on physiology and pathology of dairy cow′s endometrium in domestic.关键词
