四川省黄鳝体内寄生蠕虫感染状况调查
Investigation on Helminth Infections in Monopterus albus in Sichuan Province
摘要
Abstract
In order to understand the helminth infection status in Monopterus albus ,435 M.albus were col-lected in Sichuan province,China,including Meishan,Leshan,Mianyang,Deyang,Ziyang,Neijiang,Guang′an,Nanchong,Suining,Yibin,Xichang,Qionglai and Mingshan.Three species of helminth parasites were found in M.albus.The prevalence,intensity and mean abundance of Eustrongylides sp.(larva)from 435 M.albus,were 19.08%,3.89 and 0.74,respectively.The prevalence,intensity and mean abundance of Pallisentis (Neosentis)celatus from 435 M.albus,were 18.85%,11.4 and 2.15,respectively.The preva-lence,intensity and mean abundance of Phylldistomum serripatula of 435 M.albus,were 4.83%,2.86 and 0.14,respectively.According to the data in this study,for the health of aquaculture for M.albus,the three species of parasites should be paid more attention to prevent and control.关键词
