三株 BHK-21悬浮细胞培养特性比较
Comparison of Culture Characteristics of Three BHK-21 Suspension Cell Strains
摘要
Abstract
In order to select the best cell line adapted to the productionof FMD vaccine ,the research com‐pared the culture characteristics of three kinds of different strains from BHK‐21 suspension cells under the same conditions with GMEM culture medium ,30 mL/L serum concentration .The results showed that ,no obvious difference between these three kinds of cells in morphology ,the cells can not be easily distinguish‐ed under the microscope .In the process of cultivation ,the BHK21‐L cell line can reach the maximum den‐sity in the shortest time ,the growth rate and cell activity is high ,DNA synthesis is exuberant .The maxi‐mum density of BHK21C13‐2P cell line is lower ,in the 72 h‐96 h was completely blocked in G0/G1 ,ampli‐fying smaller proportion ,1∶1 .5‐1∶2 ;BHK21‐B cells stopped proliferation in 72 h‐96 h ,can enlarge a larger proportion ,but be prone to cell cluster ,easy adherent phenomenon ,affect cell growth .Therefore , BHK21‐L cell is the best cell line producing cells for foot‐and‐mouth disease vaccine .关键词
