Progress on Subunit Vaccine of Porcine Contagious Pleuropneumonia
摘要
Abstract
Porcine contagious pleuropneumonia(PCP) is a severe respiratory disease .At present ,the inac‐tivated whole‐cell vaccine derived from Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (APP) is mainly used for PCP pre‐vention .However ,subunit vaccine including exotoxins and outer membrane protein ,which have strongly protective immunity ,can provide cross‐protection and lower side reaction .The subunit vaccine will have broad application space .This article summarized the research development of the subunit vaccine of PCP and provided references for the prevention and control of porcine contagious pleuropneumonia .关键词
