Extraction Technology Optimization of Polysaccharides from Epimedium brevicornum Using Orthogonal Design
摘要
Abstract
To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharides from Epimedium brevicornum,single factor test and orthogonal test were designed to investigate the effects of solid liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature and extraction times on the yielsd of the polysaccharides.The result showed that the optimal extraction parameters were established as follows:the ratio of material to water 1∶25,extraction 3 times for 2.0 h per time at 90℃in hot water.The optimum alcohol precipitation concentrations was 700 mL/L ethanol solution.This study provides the basis for further research on the extraction of polysaccharides in Epimediumbrevicornum.关键词
