人工饲养眼镜蛇腐烂性皮肤病的病原分离与鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Pathogens from Cobra with Skin-rotting Disease

Abstract
A widespread cobra skin disease outbroke in a snake farm in Nanning,Guangxi province;the main clinical symptoms were skin-rotting and exuviating incompletely.In order to investigate the pathogens of the disease and make effective prevention measures,the bacteriological isolation,bacterial culture,biochem-ical identification,bacterial 16 S rRNA gene PCR amplification,pathogenicity test,drug sensitivity tests were conducted.The results showed that three strains of bacteria were isolated;there were Staphylococcus epidermis,Staphylococcus aureus ,and Salmonella enterica respectively.Among the 23 antimicrobial drugs,only florfenicol was sensitive to all three strains,others were either resistant or medium to three strains.Three strainswere all virulent to mice.Choosing the drug depended on the results of drug suscepti-bility test,florfenicol was well effective to treat the disease.The results for the prevention and treatment of cobra skin disease will have a certain reference value.关键词
