谷氨酰胺及其前体物对松浦镜鲤肠道消化酶活性及肠道形态的影响
Effects of Glutamine and Its Precursors on Intestinal Digestive Enzyme Activity and Intestinal Morphology of Songpu Mirror Carp (Cyprinus carpio specularis)

Abstract
This experiment was aimed to study the effects of glutamine ( Gln) and its precursors on intestinal digestive enzyme activity and intestinal morphology of Songpu mirror carp ( Cyprinus carpio specularis) .A to-tal of 270 Songpu mirror carp with an initial body weight of (97.33±6.74) g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates and 15 fish per replicate.The fish in the 4 experimental groups were fed plant protein meal ( PM) with 1.5%glutamine ( Gln) ,α-ketoglutaric acid ( AKG) , ornithine-α-ketoglutarate ( OKG) and glutamic acid ( Glu) , respectively, taking the fish meal ( FM) and PM as control groups.The experiment las-ted for 60 days.The results showed that the Gln and its precursors had no significant effects on protease activity in foregut and midgut and lipase activity in midgut and hindgut (P>0.05).The amylase activity in foregut of AKG group and Gln group was significantly higher than that of FM group and PM group ( P<0.05) .The lipase activity in foregut of Glu group and AKG group was significantly higher than that of OKG group and FM group (P<0.05).The fold height in midgut and hindgut had no significant difference among groups (P>0.05).The muscular thickness of AKG group was significantly higher than that of FM group (P<0.05).In conclusion, Gln and its precursors can improve the foregut lipase and amylase activities.关键词
