维生素 B1对5~15周龄鹅营养物质利用率、肠道形态及微生物菌群的影响
Effects of Vitamin B on Nutrient Digestibility,Intestinal MorPhology and Microbial Flora of Geese Aged from 5 to 15 Weeks 1

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of vitamin B 1 on nutrient digestibility,intestinal morphology and microbial flora of geese aged from 5 to 15 weeks. Three hundred and sixty five-week-old Qingnonghui geese were randomly divided into six treatments with six replicates per treatment and ten geese (half male and half female)per replicate. The levels of vitamin B1 in each group were 0.8,2.6,4.4,6.2,8.0 and 9.8 mg / kg,respectively. The experiment lasted for 11 weeks. The results showed as follows:different levels of vitamin B1 in diet significantly increased dietary nutrition digestibility of geese( P<0.01),and also significantly increased the intestinal length index(P<0.05)and the intestinal body index of intestinal segment ( P<0.01)of geese at 15 weeks of age. The different vitamin B1 levels in diet significantly decreased the num-ber of Escherichia coli in cecum of geese at 15 weeks of age(P<0.05),and significantly increased the num-ber of Bifidobacterium(P<0.05)and Lactobacillus(P<0.01)in cecum of geese at 15 weeks of age. The dif-ferent vitamin B1 levels in diet significantly increased villus height( P < 0. 05)and villus height/ crypt depth (P<0.01),and reduced crypt depth and intestinal thickness of geese at 15 weeks of age. In conclusion,the appropriate vitamin B1 level can promote intestinal development and proliferation of beneficial microorganisms of geese at 15 weeks of age. At the same time,intestinal morphology of geese is closely related to dietary nutri-ent availability.关键词
