黑麦草颗粒饲粮对扬州鹅器官发育和血清生化指标的影响
Effects of Ryegrass Pellet Diet on Organ DeveloPment and Serum Biochemical Indexes of Yangzhou Geese

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of ryegrass pellet diet on organ development and serum biochemical indexes of Yangzhou geese. A total of 300 one-day-old Yangzhou geese were randomly di-vided into 5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 20 geese per replicate. Geese in the groups were fed the di-ets supplemented with 0(control group),2%(group Ⅰ),4%(group Ⅱ),6%(group Ⅲ)and 8%(groupⅣ)ryegrass,respectively. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed as follows:1)the heart weight in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the muscular stomach weight in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in control group( P<0.05),and the liver and spleen weight in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were higher than those in control group(P>0.05). 2)The length of duodenum,jeju-num,ileum,cecum and total intestinal segment in group Ⅲ were longer than those in control group( P >0.05). 3)The serum low density lipoprotein content in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the serum high density lipoprotein content in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). In conclusion,ryegrass pellet diet can improve the organ weight, intestinal length and serum biochemical indexes of Yangzhou geese,and the optimal supplemental level of ryegrass is 6%.关键词
