摘要

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of ryegrass pellet diet on organ development and serum biochemical indexes of Yangzhou geese. A total of 300 one-day-old Yangzhou geese were randomly di-vided into 5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 20 geese per replicate. Geese in the groups were fed the di-ets supplemented with 0(control group),2%(group Ⅰ),4%(group Ⅱ),6%(group Ⅲ)and 8%(groupⅣ)ryegrass,respectively. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed as follows:1)the heart weight in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the muscular stomach weight in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in control group( P<0.05),and the liver and spleen weight in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were higher than those in control group(P>0.05). 2)The length of duodenum,jeju-num,ileum,cecum and total intestinal segment in group Ⅲ were longer than those in control group( P >0.05). 3)The serum low density lipoprotein content in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the serum high density lipoprotein content in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). In conclusion,ryegrass pellet diet can improve the organ weight, intestinal length and serum biochemical indexes of Yangzhou geese,and the optimal supplemental level of ryegrass is 6%.
