不同替代比例的花生秧对生长獭兔营养物质表观消化率的影响
Effects on Nutrient Apparent Digestibility in Peanut Vine with Different Substitution Ratios of Growing Rex Rabbits

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to study the apparent digestible energy and nutrient apparent digesti-bility in peanut vine with different substitution ratios of growing Rex rabbits using the substitution method. Twenty four 75-day-old white growing Rex rabbits with an average body weight of (1.72±0.31) kg were ran-domly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 1 rabbit per replicate. Rabbits in the control group were fed the basal diet, and the others in the experimental groups were fed the experimental diets which used 10%, 15% and 20% peanut vine substituted the basal diet, respectively. The preliminary trial period and the trial period were both lasted for 7 days. The results showed that the apparent digestible energy were 7.97, 8.20 and 7.88 MJ/kg in 10%, 15% and 20% substitution groups of growing Rex rabbits, respectively. The apparent digestibility of gross energy, dry matter, crude ash, crude protein, crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, ether extract, calcium, phosphorus and nitrogen free extract in 10%, 15% and 20% substitu-tion group were 58. 03%, 51. 62%, 62. 07%, 62. 36%, 24. 09%, 35. 58%, 25. 28%, 81. 57%, 51. 24%, 51.49%, 56.23%;59.73%, 55.46%, 68.70%, 69.43%, 28.41%, 41.89%, 29.38%, 83.32%, 56.84%, 59.99%, 60. 65% and 57. 37%, 51. 51%, 59. 34%, 60. 59%, 23. 29%, 36. 90%, 24. 58%, 78.59%, 52.95%, 65.50%, 60.62%, respectively. In conclusion, there are certain differences in nutrients apparent di-gestibility of different substitution ratios peanut vine for growing Rex rabbits. Rex rabbits fed the diet substituted by 15% peanut vine has higher nutrients apparent digestible energy and apparent digestibility.关键词
