Effects of Protamex Added in Different Composition Types of Diets on the Ileal Apparent Digestibility of Amino Acids of Lu-yan White Pigs

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of protamex added in different composition types of diets on the ileal apparent digestibility of amino acids of Lu-yan white pigs. Seven castrated, healthy growing Lu-yan white pigs on average body weight of (35.0±0.5) kg were be used in this experiment. A 2 × 3 factor test designed in metabolic testing, one factor was enzyme added ( enzyme added group and control group) , the other factor was dietary composition type ( corn-soybean meal type, corn-miscellaneous type and wheat-miscellaneous type ) . The control group did not add protease, while the enzyme added group added 0.1% protease. There was 6 periods in this experiment, and 7 d per period. The results showed that, there was a significantly increased in the ileal apparent digestibility of the methionine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, phen-ylalanine and proline of Lu-yan white pigs fed with the three composition types of diets added the protamex ( P<0.05) . Fed with diet of corn-miscellaneous type, the ileal apparent digestibility of amino acids in enzyme added group were significantly higher than the control group except threonine ( P<0.05 or P<0.01) , in which the ileal apparent digestibility of the serine, glutamic acid and cystine were significantly higher than those in pigs fed with the other two composition types of diets (P<0.05). In conclusion, the dietary added protamex can improve the ileal apparent digestibility of Lu-yan white pigs, and the effect of diet of corn-miscellaneous type is better.关键词
