RNA-Seq Technology and Its Application in Rumen Microbes
摘要
Abstract
Varied microbes species in the rumen compose a complex microecosystem, which play an impor⁃tant role in the process of rumen digestion. The appearance of RNA⁃Seq technology has provided huge op⁃portunities for studying on rumen microbes. This review mainly described how to study on enzyme metabolic characteristics of rumen microbes,the diversity of rumen microorganism,new functional genes of rumen mi⁃crobes using RNA⁃Seq technology with next⁃generation sequencing technology.关键词
