摘要

Abstract

Bus parameters are the important part of conducted noise models of high power electronic devices. Accurate extraction of bus resistance,inductance,capacitance values is significant to establish accurate conducted noise model and optimize main circuit structure.Based on the loss superposition principle,this paper improves the extraction method of bus resistance and deduces the calculation formulation of the resistance for the complex waveform current flowing through the bus.Simple analytical solution and finite element simulation were summed up for the solution of bus inductance and capacitance.By establishing the physical model,the accuracy of the method was validated by comparing the results of calculation,simulation and measurement.
