摘要

Abstract

Based on the investigation and analysis of the user side energy management system functional requirements,internal and external public service platform needs and possible internal subsystem based on the construction of smart grid,the user side energy management framework was constructed.At the same time,the whole system was abstracted.The classification and analysis on each function block,all kinds of communication network,all kinds of sub system can help to establish the system architecture clear.
