摘要

Abstract

The traditional Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)method can not describe the complex system clearly.Aiming at the problem,the functional modeling method of top-down was put forward.Taking a motor protection circuit breaker for example,the relations of failure modes,effects and causes of various levels were analyzed based on DFMEA top-down method,and the pertinent corrective actions were applied and the action results were verified.
