摘要
Abstract
Taking into account both current status and development trend of a digital substation,this paper proposed a design plan of new multi-channeled digital power quality monitoring (PQM)equipment with high compatibility,described the overall functional structure,hardware architecture,software architecture,interface architecture and some key techniques such as IEC 61850 modeling of transient event and harmonic measurement method under the condition of non-synchronous sampling.It has a certain guidance significance.关键词
