摘要
Abstract
The requirements of high power density and high efficiency were proposed with the development of power electronic technology in electric power system.The theory of static current sharing and dynamic current sharing for paralleled MOSFETs was analyzed.The technology of phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS was adopted.The electricity corresponding power sources were designed based on paralleled MOSFETs technology.The experimental results and practical application show that the design is reliable in operating and the market competitiveness is strong.关键词
