摘要

Abstract

Conductive system in mulded case circuit breakers (MCCB)is the main part of the expansion design.This thesis uses the Ansys to analyze the electric current density of each conductive parts,studied the influence of conductor shape on the temperature rise.The conductive parts of the system which have the constraints of volume and heat were impraved in the design in order to achieve the purpose of economic cost of product. Experiments were made to veriy the improved result.
