摘要

Abstract

In smart substation,the digital interface of merging unit should possess the sampling rate conversion function to meet the demands of different IEDs;besides,it should also meet the demand of differential protection action.This paper studied the modules of signal-noise separation and sampling rate conversion.To improve the accuracy of protection action,a signal de-noising method algorithm was designed.To reduce the group delay of high order finite impulse response in sampling rate conversion,a zero phase filtering algorithm was designed.Combining those two algorithms,the different sampling rates of ECTs’sampled data can be converted to the same one,to realize the quick rate unification and improve the speed of differential protection.
