Focal mechanism solution of Taikang MS 4.6 earthquake on 24 Oct.,2010
摘要
Abstract
On October 24,2010,a magnitude MS 4.6 earthquake occurred in the region of Taikang in Henan Province.To understand the seism tectonics of this event,we try to relocate it and further study its focal mechanism based on the local broadband waveform data of available stations in Henan Province regional seismic networks.The focal mechanism solution was de-termined by the TDMT-INVC method.The results indicate that the Taikang earthquake is a strike-slip event.According to the epicenter and the focal mechanism,Taikang earthquake occurred on the Zhoukou-Taikang tault.关键词
