摘要

Abstract

An effective and stable constant current driving circuit is one of the keys of LED lighting design. A boost circuit used NCP3065 chip is designed. The principle how to work the circuit and detail the calculation process of the elements’ parameters is introduced. The circuit includes a DC-DC boost driving part and a PWM dimming part. The circuit can drive five 1 W LEDs connected in series,and its driving voltage is 16 V,driving current 350 mA. The test result shows that the efficiency of the circuit is 87. 5%,good linearity and stable,suitable for high power LED lighting applications.
