摘要

Abstract

Based on switched capacitor system theory, a charge pump was designed, which could provide supply voltage for motor driver ICs. To achieve the goal, a zero temperature coefficient high voltage difference detection circuit,feedback circuits and current control circuits were designed. Simulation based on HHNEC 0. 35 μm BCD process had been completed and the chip was fabricated. Experimental results demonstrate that the output voltage varies linear with the input voltage and the ripple voltage is as lower as 560 mV. The result is consistent with the goal of the project and it proves the correctness of the project plan.
