摘要

Abstract

Motor overheating will cause the winding insulation, when it is serious the motor will burn down. Dual channel of traditional PID control algorithm reduced the motor temperature control accuracy and led to motor overheating. Put forward a control algorithm based on the immunity( ADRC) of motor temperature control method,to improve the dual channel PID control method,comprehensively treat the internal and external disturbance,estimate the extended state observer,and introduce the nonlinear characteristics in the feedback. In simulation experiment, the change in voltage and current under the condition is of 30%,the improved algorithm can realize accurate and stable temperature control better than the traditional algorithm. The stability and accuracy increase by 36. 5%,and it suits for popularization and application.
