摘要

Abstract

The scale of modern edible fungus industry expands unceasingly, and the PLC ( Programmable Logic Controller) control system becomes more and more complex, the error rate increases when design PLC control system with traditional experience method and the error detection is difficult. Therefore,it is very important to model and analyze the system. Based on Petri Net's graphic properties and ability of modeling concurrent events,the PLC control system of mushroom houses is focuses on modeling and analyzing in edible fungus factory,including some key equipments,such as blower,exhaust fan,humidifier,inside fan,compressor,restrain machine and so on. Finally, PLC control programs can be built easily and the system guarantees to work reliably and efficiently.
