基于Z源网络的模块化多电平逆变器拓扑设计
Design of Modular Multilevel Converter Topology Based on Z-Source Network
摘要
Abstract
Because traditional multi-level inverter can't boost the voltage,its application is limited. As the Z-source network can boost and buck voltage,the combination of Z-source and MMC( Modular Multilevel Converter) is put forward. The topology of Z-source based MMC,boosting voltage strategy and modulation strategy including balance control of MMC sub-module capacitor voltage have been designed by analyzing operation principle and running status of Z-source network and MMC,thus the output voltage can be controlled flexibly by controlling direct duty ratio of Z-source network. Finally,the validity and superiority of this topology and control strategy are validated by simulation results.关键词
