摘要

Abstract

The detection of Shigella flexneri needs the professional equipment and specific laboratory conditions,and the detection usually takes several days to get results. The main controller STM32 sends signals to control the three electrode sensor,which promote the solution of the sample to occurs electrochemical reactions,and result in current which is relative to Shigella flexneri concentration. The current through the acquisition of three electrode sensor, flows back to the STM32 after the treatment. The concentration of Shigella flexneri value will be displayed on the LCD screen. The study has important implications for the rapid detection of Shigella flexneri.
