半导体量子点在白光LED中涂覆厚度的确定∗
Determination of Coating Thickness of the Quantum Dots on the White LED
摘要
Abstract
Coating yellow quantum dots on blue LED is one of the means to get white LED. The determination of coating thickness of the quantum dots is one of the key steps in the synthesis of white light. In our work,the thick-ness coefficient is introduced to simulate the coating thickness. The linear relationship between the thickness coeffi-cient and coating thickness within the scope of certain coating thickness is proved. Mathematical modeling is estab-lished upon linear superposition of spectrum and conservation of energy. After programming calculation and coating device,the thickness can be determined. Then,white light-emitting diode is finished after coating the blue LED ac-cording to the determined thickness. Of course,this means can provide simple guidance for practical production to improve the efficiency.关键词
