基于SPR生物传感器的抗菌中药药效评价方法研究∗
Research on Efficacy Evaluation Methods of Antibacterial Chinese Medicine Based on SPR Biosensor

Abstract
Aiming at antibacterial effect of traditional Chinese medicine for real-time detection and analysis of quan-titative efficacy evaluation by the method of the vacuum thermal evaporation plating layer metal film. A fiber SPR sensor was produced,to make sense of the changes in antimicrobial antigen and antibody of each parameter in the process of Chinese medicine,and provide the data basis for efficacy evaluation. From results of real-time detection function,objective,accurate,fast and efficient application of the sensor,the basis was founded for the evaluation of the quantitative antibacterial effect of traditional Chinese medicine. Thus the application of fiber-optic SPR biosensor for antibacterial efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine has been set up on a quantitative basis. The aim for guiding the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine accurate evalua-tion and selection is achieved by using the SPR sensor.关键词
