一种高增益快速响应且无片外电容型LDO设计∗
Design of a Capacitor-Less LDO Regulator with Fast Response and High Open Loop Gain
摘要
Abstract
A capacitor-less low-dropout regulator( LDO) is proposed with improved fast transient response and high open loop gian and wide band width(WB),the input voltage range is 2.8 V~5.0 V,the output voltage is 2.4 V. The characteristic of direct current,alternating current,transient and temperature simulation and verification by HSPICE. The maximum voltage step is about 89 mV at a load step of 100 mA/1μs under typical craft condition. The voltage differential is just about 16.8 mV in the heavy load and light load respectively. The maximum voltage step is about 108mV in the two extreme case. The 3 dB band width is 4 068 Hz and the 0 dB band width is 52 MHz for the whole chip compensation capacitor just of 4 pF,and without output capacitor.关键词
