基于图像灰度自适应控制的光源系统∗
Lighting System Based on Image Gray Value Adaptive Control
摘要
Abstract
Through the study of surface defect detection equipments based on machine vision,pointing out the impor-tance of brightness control to the surface defect detection equipments,and finding out the way to control brightness of the lighting system based on the average of image gray value. The adaptive lighting system which is consisted of three components with industrial camera,personal computer and MCU is designed and implemented. Its hardware construction and software module functions are described. The experiment shows that,for different objects,this sys-tem can automatic adjust the intensity of light to make the average of image gray value from 110 to 120 and achieve machine vision requirements for brightness control of lighting system.关键词
