一种输出匹配可调的、高线性度宽带功率放大器∗
A Tunable Output Matching and High Linearity Broadband Power Amplifier

Abstract
A broadband power amplifier( PA) was designed by adopting adaptive bias technique and active inductor. Adaptive bias technique effectively enhanced the power amplifier linearity by inhibiting DC operation point drifting of transistor. Active inductor participated in output matching realized output matching tuneability,this scheme could adjust output matching degradation due to process deviation and packaging parasitics. The PA was verified by simu-lation tool ADS. The results indicated the power amplifier had input 1 dB compression point(Pin1dB)of -7 dBm, output 1 dB compression point(Pout 1 dB)of 11 dBm at 4 GHz,and power added efficiency(PAE)of 8.7%. Over the frequency range of 3.1 GHz~4.8 GHz,the power amplifier showed a gain of 20.3 dB with the gain flatness of 1.1 dB,the input and output return loss are all less than -10 dB.关键词
