Simulation and Optimization of Ceramic Product Forming Process Based on Micro-Flow Extrusion

Abstract
The forming process of ceramic product based micro-flow extrusion was analyzed and simulated by using Ansys software for designing the extrusion die. Through analysis and calculation,the rheological properties of the ce-ramic slurry were Bingham fluid. The extrusion head as a key part was designed. The structural parameters of the ex-trusion head and the extrusion process parameters were studied. It is concluded that extrusion rate is proportional to the compression ratio and is inversely proportional to the compression angle,the main process parameters affecting the extrusion rate is the compression ratio. The analysis result was used to guide the optimal design of extrusion head.关键词
