摘要
Abstract
A simple frequency characteristic test instrument system is designed with STM32F407 as control core,and the system can measure the amplitude frequency characteristics and phase frequency characteristics of two-port net-work ranging from 1 MHz to 40 MHz. The system uses analog multiplier AD835 and second-order active low-pass filter to get the orthogonal demodulation circuit,and then finishes analogy signal to digital signal conversion by high resolution ADC chip ADS1271. Finally,the amplitude frequency characteristics and phase frequency characteristics of the tested network will be displayed by a displaying module. The system has been tested,and the system can tell the amplitude-versus-frequency curve of the measured network correctly as well as its center frequency and band-width of 3 dB,and the accuracy of voltage gain is better than 0.5 dB,phase of that better than 5 degree.关键词
