生活污水灌溉对土壤微生物区系的影响
Effect of Domestic Wastewater Irrigation on Soil Microbial Community

Abstract
A wastewater irrigation experiment in poplar woodland with different irrigation volume (0,300,600,900,1200,and 1500 m3 · hm-2 ) was conducted to study effect of domestic on soil microbial community.The results showed that when the irrigation vol-ume was 600~900 m3· hm-2,the amount of soil bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes,nitrogen-fixing microbe,nitrite bacteria,nitrifying bacteria,denitrifying bacteria and phosphate -dissolving microbes increased.The soil indicators changed with an increased irrigation volume.The soil microbe amount decreased ,the soil physical and chemical properties showed the decreased tendency .关键词
