秋季干旱对黄蜀葵叶片荧光特性的影响
Study on Fluorescence Characteristics Variation of Abelnoschus manihot Leaves in Autumn Drought
摘要
Abstract
Controlled experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of seasonal drought in autumn on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics variation of Abelnoschus manihot leaves by observing fluorescence parameters in the whole day of months.The results showed that,the Fo values of any time throughout a day in September were bigger than the ones in October ,and the ones in November were the smallest;trends of Fm values and Fv/Fm values in October and November are similar to each other.The results of variance a-nalysis showed that month ,time and their interaction significantly affected chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics variation of Abel-noschus manihot leaves ( P<0.05 ).关键词
