江西省不同产地粉防己主要药效成分含量分析
Determination of Tetrandrine and Fangchindine in Stephania tetrandra from Different Areas in Jiangxi Province

Abstract
The content of tetrandrine ( TET) and fangchindine ( FAN) in Stephania tetrandra from different areas in Jiangxi Province was determined by HPLC.The result indicated that the method is accurate ,reproducible,and samples in the 48 h stable,suitable for determination of TET and FAN in Stephania tetrandra.The contents of TET and FAN in Stephania tetradra from different places were markedly different ,the content of TET were 2.28%~6.94%,the content of FAN 1.34%~3.15%,the contents of TET and FAN in Stephania tetrandra from Yongfeng,Leping,Yihuang and Gaoan were higher than others.关键词
