青钱柳繁殖技术研究进展及发展趋势
Research Progress and Prospects of Propagation Technologies for Cyclocarya paliurus
摘要
Abstract
It was reviewed the progress of sexual and asexual propagation technologies for Cyclocarya paliurus according to the litera-ture in recently years ,and was also discussed the research focus and key technologies on the propagation .The result showed that seed dormancy mechanism and methods to break dormancy in Cyclocarya paliurus was the focus of sexual propagation ,and the key tech-nologies were the combined use of physical methods , chemical method , balance cooling & rewarming method and growth regula-tor.Both of the cuttings and tissue culture propagation were the focus of the rapid propagation .Further more ,the key technologies of cuttings propagation were the optimum environmental conditions selected for the cutting ’s rooting,survival and growth;And the key technologies of tissue culture propagation were that medium optimization ,plant growth regulator added ,and explants’ detoxification techniques.关键词
