赤霉素对邓恩桉嫁接种子园花蕾生长的影响
The Effects of GA3 on Buds Growth of Grafting Seed Orchard of Eucalyptus dunnii
摘要
Abstract
The grafting seed orchard of E.dunnii as the research materials,clear water treatment as CK,3 concentrations(500、1000、1500 mg・ L-1 ) of GA3 were taken to spray the foliage,the effects of treatment with GA3 on buds diameter growth,chlorophyll,amino acids,soluble protein,soluble sugar content were researched.The results showed that:buds preservation rate,amino acid content and soluble sugar content with GA3 treatments were significantly higher than that of CK,buds diameter growth at the 2nd observation peri-od was significantly greater than that of CK,the soluble protein content at 1,2 observation periods was higher than that of CK;at 3 times observations,chlorophyll content increased and then decline,amino acids content,soluble protein content decreased significant-ly followed the observation time,soluble sugar content with a significant increase followed the observation time.The effects on buds diameter growth,bud preservation rate,chlorophyll,amino acids,soluble protein,soluble sugar content were obvious with the GA3 treatments,the effects of 1000 mg・ L-1 concentrations were best.关键词
