摘要

Abstract

The wind extinguisher is an important tool for extinguishing fire on the forest and the city lawn,and the engine overheating is one of the main factors of wind fire extinguishing machine efficiency.In order to improve the design efficiency,make the aided in-novation design,this paper used the theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ) into the design of mechanical products to make up the design defects and shortcomings in the wind extinguisher.The use of the contradiction matrix in TRIZ and substance-field model in analyzed the wind extinguisher,which can establish the conceptual design of mechanical products.Through the improvement of the wind extinguisher shows that,TRIZ is helpful to broaden the thinking space for the designers,to break the mindset,to help designers design creative,and to provide theoretical guidance and designate the exploration direction for the mechanical production design.
