摘要

Abstract

The experiment used the fresh flowers of Prunus padus L.as material,The influences of different concentration of sucrose, boron Ca2+on pollen germination an pollen tube growth were studied.The experimental results showed that in a certain range su-crose,boric acid,calcium concentration can promote pollen germination,but above the certain concentration the pollen germination and pollen tube growth fell.Under the experimental conditions,the most optimum mass fractions of medium component for Prunus pa-dus L.germination in vitro was:sugar 18%,boric acid 0.015%,calcium nitrate 0.015%,in this medium the rate of pollen develop-ment was highest,and pollen tube growth is better.
