水产品中多环芳烃的污染和健康风险评价模型研究进展
Research progress of pollution and health risk assessment model for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in aquatic products
摘要
Abstract
Many aquatic organisms in different domestic waters have been polluted into various degrees by pol-ycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs),the pollution of some waters have even been far beyond the national standard limit. This paper introduced the pollution levels of PAHs in the aquatic products from domestic Yan-gtze River as well as sea areas that close to the land such as Bohai Bay,Taizhou Bay,Xiamen Bay,Shenz-hen Dapeng Bay and foreign countries such as French,Italy,Spain,Brazil and South Korea. The pollution levels and characteristics of PAHs were analyzed and compared,the research and application progress of hu-man exposure and health risk assessment model for PAHs were reviewed. Besides,this paper also pointed out the problems for the research of PAHs in aquatic products and made recommendations.关键词
