摘要

Abstract

According to the study published by the others nervous necrosis virus gene sequence, application primer design software based on GeneBank contains various grouper nervous necrosis virus RNA genome sequence choose conservative region while TaqMan probe design and primers. TaqMan probe technology, and will leave Construction of the virus containing nerve necrosis virus RNA genome of the virus MS2 bacteriophage as a positive controls, a TaqMan probe brings grouper nervous necrosis virus fluorescence quantitative PCR, and the establishment of a standard curve, which can detect virus testing for absolute quantification, the minimum can detect 10 viruses, In actual use of detection achieved very good results. The establishment of real-time quantitative RT-PCR and contribute to future coastal ports in the day-to-day inspection and fish and nervous necrosis virus monitoring provided by the founda-tion, will help to control the nervous necrosis disease spread of the epidemic.
