TOD模式驱动下的城市步行空间设计策略
Design Strategies for Urban Pedestrian Space under the TOD Model
摘要
Abstract
The core of TOD model is the integration of traffic and land use,which can bemanifested in three aspects such as high density, mixed functions and low-carbon transportation. This paper analyzed the space pattern of pedestrian traffic in TOD model from the perspective of landscape architect. First, the paper briefly reviewed the development history of TOD and its related background. And then discussed the spatial structure of the urban pedestrian under the TOD model, including clear commercial-traffic composite center, sharing streets and multifunctional plazas and parks. On this basis, the paper further put forward a series of design strategies for urban pedestrian space, such as shaping pedestrian structure with multiple surface, constructing pedestrian path with continuous interface, improving pedestrian accessibility along infrastructure, and integrating public and affiliated green spaces through pedestrian system. Finaly, the application of TOD model in China in the future was prospected.关键词
