Abstract
Objective Observation on the changes of milk amount was performed respectively on the two groups so as to understand the curative effect and way promoted by Pringle therapeutic instrument. Methods 100 puerperal women with a little milk after postpartum 30 days were chosen and divided in two groups in this paper. One group was cured by Pringle therapeutic instrument, which was called by the observation group, the other was only treated by tradition cure, called by the control group. Results demonstrated that the effect from the observation group promoted by Pringle therapeutic instrument was obviously better than that from the control group only treated by tradition way, and there was a significance of difference. Conclusion Pringle therapeutic instrument can help the women promote postpartum milk secretion, and its operation is simple without risk and side effect, so it is worth popularization.关键词
