己糖激酶与肿瘤的生物学特征
Hexokinase and biological characteristics of cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To review the close link between hexokinase with biological characteristics of tumor and Pr-ovides reference for further research.Methods Consult the literature at home and abroad and summarize it. Results Hexokinase is critical enzymes of glycolysis and there are four kinds of isoenzyme.A variety of biological features of tumor is closely associated with the hexokinase including engrgy metablism,cell proliferation,apoptosis and gene mutation.The hexokinase is an important metabolic enzyme and effects a variety of biological characteristics of tumor.Conclusion Further exploring the biological characteristics of the hexokinase has a special role for cancer research.关键词
