摘要
Abstract
clinical development and CT manifestations of amnestic mild cognitive impairment were studied. selected 45 patients from aMCI cases between December 2011 and June 2014 from the Third People’s Hospital of Foshan, then chose 3 54-76 years old people that were healthy in cognitive check and memory as the control group to participate in the voluntary inspection and assessment. Using the clinical memory scale edited by XU Shu-lian from Psychology Institute of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences; using CT to detect the width of lateral fissure, hippocampus hook spacing, frontal horn index and width of temporal horn. Calculated the hippocampus index at the ratio of he hippocampal hook spacing to cereb r al transverse diameter. Analyzed the sensitivity and specificity of CT hetween mild cognitive impairment and normal groups. 45 amnestic mild cognitive impairment and 3 healthy subjects were involved in the result analysis. Both memory equivalent scale score results and memory quotient of aMCI cases were lower than control group (p<0.01 . Brain CT results were as follow, both hippocampal index and lateral fissure width of aMCI cases were higher than control group (p<0.05 . brain CT changes of patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment provide objective indicator for clinical diagnosis and treatment, make early screening and early prevention possible for aged aMCI patients, and are helpful to provide useful information for primary prevention of senile dementia.关键词
