Sneak circuit analysis of resonant switched capacitor converter based on Boolean matrix
摘要
Abstract
The sneak circuit path in resonant switched capacitor converter is a latent circuit paths which can lead to undesired output voltage character at some certain conditions. In this paper, based on switch Boolean matrix for power converters, the sneck circuit analysis method of higer-stage resonant switched capacitor converter was giwen in detail, and for example, 4-stage resonant switched capacitor (RSC)converter was identifieded. The systematic analysis basis of sneak circuit analysis for power electronic converter was provided.关键词
