磷酸二氢钾对“银拖”墨兰生长发育的影响
Effects of potassium dihydrogen phosphate on the seedling growth and development of“Silver Drag” Cymbidium
摘要
Abstract
In this experiment, spraying three different concentrations of potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4)on the seedling of “Silver drag” Cymbidium, its growth and development had been investigated. The morphological characteristics, content of chlorophyll and soluble sugar were measured after the “Silver drag”Cymbidium had been spraied with solution of KH2PO4 (0.1% , 0.3% and 0.6% , respectively) for 15 days. Compared with the control group (0% KH2PO4), the leaf’s length and width of “Silver drag”Cymbidium, and the flower arrow’s length have been significantly increased by 1.67 cm when sprayed 0.1% and 0.3% KH2PO4. Spraying 0.1%-0.6% KH2PO4 can obviously accelerate thd flowering of “Silver drag” Cymbidium. Spraying 0.1% KH2PO4 may significantly increase the content of the chlorophyll while 0.3% KH2PO4 can significantly increase the content of soluble sugar than other treatment.关键词
