摘要
Abstract
Taking 67 A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen in the mining industry as samples,the empirical analysis of sample companies social responsibility and corporate performance was done from 2010 to 2012.The conclusions show that a linear relationship between the mining industry social responsibility and corporate performance;the relationship was significantly positive among creditors responsibility, shareholder responsibility, national responsibility and corporate performance;and the relationship was relevant among employee responsibility, social responsibility, environmental responsibility and corporate performance.关键词
